The KLEIO team begins working diligently to fulfill each order with care. We aim to ship out orders as quickly as possible and communicate shipping updates and details to our customers as soon as possible. Please see our Summer Shipping Policy, effective June 1 - September 15.
At this time, KLEIO only ships to destinations in the United States and now Canada. We plan to expand our shipping options to international locations in the coming year.

Because we are primarily an e-commerce company, we have a few requirements for potential wholesalers. Please take these into consideration before applying to become a wholesale partner:
- You are a brick-and-mortar retail business
- You will not sell KLEIO products online
- You will not sell KLEIO products via third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Facebook Groups, etc.)

We currently sell candles exclusively online. However, we are planning to expand into retail stores in the near future.
KLEIO hand-finishes each candle with attention and care: from pouring the wax to applying gold leaf to each vessel to curing. We commit to restocking collections as quickly as possible without compromising quality. We will notify customers of restocks via our social media channels, email, and this site.
